proportionally reducing the input image to fit the screen.

scaling the input image width and trimming the height to fit the screen.

The magnification will also increase.

(8-3) 16/9C：Formats the image to fit a 16:9 screen size (1920*1080) by

cropping the input image (1920*1080) from input image 5M
